These episodes abandon Goku altogether and instead focus on Gohan, who must team up with Piccolo and Krillin to do battle with the demon Garlic Jr., who has escaped imprisonment in the Dead Zone, and simplified the human race
Killen’s Proposal:
Toei had to slap on ANOTHER filler episode to make it an even ten. This episode is nothingness that doesn't do anything to progress the plot of the series
Trunks Saga:
The best material in the set. Frieza survived his fight on Planet Namek following some cybernetic improvements to his injured body, and has landed on Earth to take revenge on his tormenters. But a mysterious teenager steps in, to challenge the tyrant. Following the battle, he has some interesting news to share with the Z-Fighters -including a prediction of Goku's return to Earth!
Drivers License Episode:
Anime-only filler and a total joke. Chi-Chi forces Goku to go get his drivers license because she's tired of having to walk to and from the store.... Even though she was seen driving in numerous earlier episodes! Again, a total  waste  of  time.
Android Saga:These episodes aren't fillers, but they're merely "linking" episodes that connect the sagas and progress the plot. They start slow and drag on for what seems like forever, although they do have their interesting moments, including Vegeta becoming a Super Saiyan, and the awakening of the "twin" androids, 17 and 18. Still, these episodes drag for far longer than they need to.
over All in all a fantastic purchase for the DBZ fan or any fan of anime
